Return & Exchange

At Modieus Chic, we want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.


🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged.
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a short description of the issue. We'll take care of it as quickly as possible.


📦 Wrong Size?

If the item doesn’t fit quite right, we totally understand!
You’re welcome to return it — but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

To send back a size that doesn't fit:

  1. Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  2. Email us within 2 days of receiving your order at info@modieuschic.com with your order number.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back to us at your own cost.

  5. Once we receive it, you’ll get store credit to reorder in the correct size.

❗️Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You will need to place a new order after receiving your store credit.


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned without prior contact or approval

  • Products worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)


🕒 Return Timeframe

All return requests must be made within:

  • 3 days for damaged items

  • 7 days for size-related returns

Returns received outside these windows may not be accepted.
